I first moved to Burlington in 1993 to attend the University of Vermont. During my time at UVM I fell in love with Vermont and decided to remain here. I graduated in 1997 with a degree in Political Science and Business Administration. Over the past 20 years I have worked at several local and national corporations in various marketing capacities. I have also been a local business owner. My entrepreneurial drive is what led me to a career in Real Estate. For over 10 years I have been involved in residential sales, rentals, property management, investment, and development, with my focus on residential sales. I am passionate about using my knowledge and experience to help others achieve their goals in real estate. I pride myself in using a consultative approach that is needs based, open, and honest. A native of Vermont for 18 years, Grayson spent most of his time in the green mountain state and has loved every minute of it! An avid hiker, swimmer, and soccer player, Grayson’s passion for staying active makes Vermont a forever home. Being surrounded by mountains and forests makes it easy to relax and enjoy the most important aspects of life, while also offering the opportunity to go out and adventure on a whim. One of Grayson's favorite parts of real estate is the excuse to meet new people and create long-lasting relationships. Over two decades ago, I moved to Vermont to pursue a college degree, but quickly realized that this place would become my home. Now, married with two boys, and participating in everything from Vermont youth sports to local community events, I have firsthand knowledge of the superior quality in lifestyle that is available all over this area. My many years of experience in business administration, planning, and coaching have placed me on a path to understanding the wants and needs of potential buyers and sellers from Vermont and beyond. I have lived in all four corners of this state and have a keen awareness and understanding of the diverse and unique qualities that come with each area.
